International Chocolate Day is celebrated on July 7 of every year. International Chocolate Day celebrates one of the most delicious and delightful confections which are known to man – Chocolates. Chocolates are sweet, brown food preparation of Theobroma cacao seeds, roasted and ground. It is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a block, or used as a flavoring ingredient in other foods. International Chocolate Day is a perfect day to celebrate Chocolates by consumption of your favorite chocolates with your family members or friends.

I love KIND bars. My favorites are coconut and almond and the dark chocolate and sea salt because staying fueled helps keep me from getting sick or injured. Bananas have also made a great comeback in my life. My kids eat them all the time on the go, which has inspired my go-to pre-run morning meal of peanut butter and banana on toast.” – Summer Sanders

History of International Chocolate Day

International Chocolate Day has been celebrated on 7th July to mark the foundation of Chocolates in Europe in 1750 BCE. The chocolate will release pain-reducing endorphins into our brains as it contains theobromine, a caffeine-like stimulant, and anandamide, which is commonly found in our brain and it will produce those elusive warm fuzzies, similar to the impacts of marijuana. Now it’s a little easier to understand why we love chocolate so much, isn’t it? Whether it’s those feel-good results or simply the chocolate flavor that you like very much, it’s hard to hold back when it comes to this sweet treat.

On the other hand, eating dark chocolates twice or thrice a week has its health benefits also. Chocolates are the substation of antioxidants that helps in compensating for the free radicals that come out of the metabolism of fat, thus concerns in preventing aging and age-associated chronic diseases. Gifting chocolates on any occasion to loved ones and friends will remove all the tensions, sorrows, and misunderstandings as well as brings them together to celebrate World Chocolate Day together by improving the sweetness of the relationship.
