World Sleep Day is celebrated on March 15th of this year. It is an annual observance that falls on the Friday before Spring Vernal Equinox. None of us hates sleeping as it is one of the best daily routine activities next to eating. We spend almost one-third of our daily time sleeping, and good sound sleep will make you feel fresh, energetic, brisk, and beautiful. Sleeping will let all your body parts go for rest. But for various reasons, most of us don’t sleep properly, and thus it results in different sleeping disorders. It includes insomnia, sleep deprivation, sleep apnea, and restless legs syndrome. The day is an annual observance intended to be a celebration of sleep and is a call to action on the important issues related to sleep.
