World Card Making Day is an annual celebration commemorated on October 2nd of this year. Let out your creativity and make a card for your loved ones. Making a card by yourself for your kind of person will surely bring a smile on their face. This day celebrates those creative artists who make handmade cards.

History of World Card Making Day

World Card Making Day was first celebrated in the year 2006. Paper Craft magazine was created every first Saturday in October to be celebrated as this day.  The celebration of the day encourages the crafters to get a head start on their card-making creativity. Cards have been used ever since human creativity started. They are often referred to as gifts. Use your own words, artwork, and drawing to make your card. Cards also refer to the Greeting Cards, Business Cards, Calling or Visiting Cards, Dance Cards, and much more.
